The art of sharpening! A sharp tool is much more effective and safer to use, yet how many of us are using dull kitchen knives at home? This workshop is an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sharpening to bring greater self-reliance into your life.

While some important theory will be covered, most of the class will be hands-on practice so you get the experience in your body. We will focus mainly on sharpening a knife and will also cover axes, gouges, chisels and hook knives.
